A safer workplace starts with people who care.
During Safety Week at our Vráble plant, we focused on something fundamental: making safety part of everyday work. Our employees were encouraged to look closely at their own working areas, identify potential risks, and suggest opportunities for improvement. Because every risk identified is an opportunity to prevent an accident before it happens.
We also focused on practical skills and awareness:
🩹 First aid training: 29 employees registered to strengthen their knowledge and practical skills in responding to emergencies.
🔥 Fire safety training: Working under the guidance of professional firefighters, our colleagues learned how to respond to a fire and practice safe firefighting techniques.
💚 Health and well-being: Together with our Health Care Day, these activities reinforced our commitment to looking after the people who make our operations possible.
For us, Safety Week was about more than training. It was about participation, awareness, and taking responsibility. not only for our own safety, but also for the safety of the people around us.
We believe a strong safety culture is built through everyday actions, open communication, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
Because people matter. And safety is everyone's responsibility.
