Your communication with us may be retained in our systems. Semecs may share your personal data with any group member and with any affiliate and/or subsidiary. Semecs may also transfer your personal data to an acquiring company, as part of a transfer of ownership of one or more parts of its business.

    We keep records of the activity that takes place on our website. These records may include personal data. Semecs uses these log files only to prevent abuse.   • Data of job applicants
    We collect your personal data to communicate with you regarding the selection procedure, the assessment of your suitability for the position that is or may be vacant and any possible reimbursement of the expenses you have incurred. For these purposes, we collect the following data from you: Name, gender, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, data concerning followed courses and internships, information on the nature and content of the current employment and on its termination and other information with a view to fulfil the function, that are provided by the applicant (curriculum vitae/motivation letter). We process your personal data in connection with the performance of the recruitment process and in addition to the fulfilment of legal requirements.

Semecs will not share any personal data with third parties used for direct marketing purposes. Semecs may share personal data with carefully selected third parties that we may engage to perform services on our behalf, provided those parties agree to keep your personal data confidential and to process your personal data only on our behalf. We may also share your information when we are obliged to do so or when we in any way believe such release is appropriate to comply with the law.
